Tania Alexandrou (b. 2003, Greece) is a visual artist based in Thessaloniki, working primarily with oil painting. Her practice focuses on female identity and the ways everyday images and objects acquire symbolic meaning through painting. Alexandrou recently graduated with an Integrated MFA from the School of Visual and Applied Arts at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she studied painting under Euaggelia Nomidou. She also holds a Vocational High School Diploma in Graphic Design and has completed an internship at the Municipal Art Gallery of Thessaloniki.
